One of my favorite things about inking this traditionally is that everything I do is influencing the comic indefinitely. For example I inked the panel borders in the middle of an anxiety attack so they're wonky as hell.
But I like them anyways.

So you're inking the panels on paper and fill them out with colour digitally? That's an interesting way of making a comic. I think the wobbly lines give the panel more character and individuality <3
The year is 1860 and Jake and Lucy are struggling with a bad harvest in rural England.
On top of lambing season, Lucy's father falls ill and they can't keep up with the work load anymore so they're forced to hire a farm hand as fast as possible.
