More Charleston based stuff. Basically the city of Phantom Cay is Charleston with two aspects heavily exaggerated - the cobblestone streets and the pastel-colored buildings that in real life are mostly just one street. BTW, the other two figures - the two that aren't Olivia - are the first appearances of Quinn and Pierre, before you meet them properly.
