Wayward Psychiatric Hospital
"Alysine, this is the third time this week we've had to sedate you," the doctor says, reminding the young woman of the past few incidents in Ward 13.
She glared at the man, though it was almost impossible for her to focus on anything. I hope someone shoves it up yours, Alysine would say inside her head. It wasn’t my fault, you-
“Fuck… you….”
Her words came out slurred, as if she were intoxicated. The man in question, Elliot Harrison, was the facility’s head doctor and consultant; though if you were to ask anyone else, they would say that he was the devil incarnate.
“If this happens again, I’m afraid that we’d have no choice but to…”
Alysine noted the lack of empathy in his voice, as he was never sincere with her or the other patients at the Wayward Psychiatric Hospital. The office space fell silent, the only noise being that of the papers being shuffled on Harrison's desk.
“Why don’t… go to hell,” she’d say, pulling herself out of the chair.
Her vision started to blur as she slowly moved towards the desk, the desire to just shove everything off it being the last thought before everything went black.
“Is this really the girl I have to keep an eye on?” an unfamiliar voice echoed into the abyss. “She seems harmless, Harrison.”
“It might look that way, but don’t be fooled, Warden Callum. She almost threw one of the nurses out a cafeteria window….”
