Waking up the first thing I noticed was that Romeo was missing. The sound of the shower was enough to make me realize where Romeo was, however, When I tried to go to the shower to see I was plagued by pain. The activities of the night catching up to me. Romeo wreaked havoc on my pretty evident body. Taking a deep breath I forced my body out of the bed. I needed to go to the bathroom now anyways, It held both the pain pills and the water I needed to take them. Biting my tongue I made it to the bathroom door before it opened and a very handsome looking wet Romeo stood there.

"Move. Now." I said sharply.

He stepped aside and I launched myself at the sink and the medicine cabinet. Finding the pills I needed, I removed two and popped them in my mouth. Grabbing the cup on the counter I filled it and then my mouth swallowing the pills quickly.

"A little sore this morning?"

I turned and looked at him. He was now dressed, No doubt in a new suit he had one of his men bring over.

"A little sore is an understatement footlong."

He raised his eyebrow at me and chuckled. He out of nowhere picked me up and carried me back to the room.

"What----"

"Shush."

"Excuse----"

His hand clamped over my mouth and he got close to my ear.

"When I remove my hand, you need to be quiet. Someone is in your house. I can hear them."

He took his hand away and I stayed quiet. I carefully crept to the closet and slipped some clothing on my pretty much-naked body. The sound of smashing and the scream I very much knew made me walk a whole lot faster. Romeo had my best friend and my brother held at gunpoint.

"Christ Aubree, Call your attack dog off!"

"Who are you and how did you----

"Key! I have a key!

"Romeo! Damn it. Put your gun away he is a friend. Well, rather family but he's safe!"

Silo looked damn happy when Romeo put the gun away.

"I happy to see you Silo, but why are you here?"

"If you would have bothered to check your phone, You would have noticed I texted a few times. I said I was coming in the morning, I brought food and coffee."

"Ah geez! I'm sorry!"

"No, no it's fine. He didn't hurt me. Just scared the fuck out of me."

"I'm still really sorry!" I said super embarrassed, had I of just checked my phone this would have never happened.

"Aubree! I'm fine he didn't shoot me, He just merely scared me that's all!"

I watched as Silo introduced himself to Romeo and attempted to shake his hand but only got a cold shoulder, it was strange to see Romeo like that, he wasn't like that with me. But then again I saved his a few times, so he better not be.
