Chapter 12
Owen
Owen lay in the same position he was left in for a long time listening to the birds chirp and the woshh of the trees. so peaceful so wonderfully quiet. Would he live to see Connor return? He sure hoped so. To be with him one last time before death called even his ghost the very existence of his soul would be taken away from him but it was a good good life even so he was a mess was a loser was a hater was a chooser he was obsessed with Connor. He sobbed quietly for all that he will never accomplish. If Connor left him he hoped he would let him go slowly. He missed connor lying beside him caressing his cheek and whispering sweet nothings into his ear. Sigh this was too much. Why couldn't he just die again? He stopped himself why could he think such things when Connor was coming back this evening. Wasn't he? Owen shook himself no NO he would not die he would live for Connor. He waited…..and waited…..and finally Connor (YAY) connor let himself in looking shook Owen was confused. “What happened Connor?” he managed to rasp out Connor looked surprised then realized where the sound came from. “Owen!” he said running over to Owen who lied there shaking. “OWENNNNN!” he said. Owen slowly opened his eyes “Y-yah?” Owen murmured. he had spent the last hour in epilepsy fits. And it hurt a lot. He had no idea why he was having these fits or why they stopped when his Connor had arrived but he was thankful. Connor looked at the boy beneath him and sighed. “What would I do without you Owen?” He said and picked up the boy and brought him to the bed and placed him there. Owen looked up at the male expecting something more. But all Connor did was tuck him in and try to stitch up the jagged wound. After that Owen fell asleep. The next morning. Owen felt a whole lot better and wanted to have breakfast. Connor was already down in the kitchen and he smiled as Owen came down. “Are you ok dear?” Connor asked. Owen nodded and then started to pour himself some of the rolled oats that Connor was eating. “W-wait did you just?!” Owen blushed and sat down and whispered softly. “Did you just call me dear?” Connor smiled and nodded. “I always liked you Owen…” Connor said and Owen felt his blush deepen but stayed his cool. “Did my magic get to you?” he asked slyly and Connor nodded. He couldn't waste more time and ran to Connor. “Then why did you Kiss Fen?!” Owen said he started to cry. “I-I needed to gain his trust…” Owin shook his head “Why are you lying to me? I could tell you liked him from the first time we met so why lie?!” Connor shook his head in despair. “Why do you think I'm lying i- love you and only you, not Fen…” “LIES! You saw me cry and held him instead of me.” Connor was silent then he raised his head, tears sparkled in his beautiful purple eyes. Owen grabbed him and pulled him close. “Promise me you'll never do that to another guy again…” Connor nodded and hugged Owen who accepted it gladly. After about a second of hugging Connor kissed Owen who accepted it gladly. He remembered feeling worthless and hating himself for liking someone better than him aka Connor. But now he actually felt you know worth something and that made everything better. Connor looked at him with full certainty that he loved him and that made Owen smile. “What? Something on my face” Connor said and that's when Owen noticed a piece of cereal stuck on Connor's face he licked it off and that made Connor giggle. Owen sighed then laid his head on Connors stomach. Connor sighed and patted Owens head. They sat there for a while after that Connor put Owen to bed and then sat outside thinking. Why had it hurt Owen so much that he held Fen did… Did Owen feel jealous?! But that can't be Owen was perfect and… Connor had killed him and hurt him. How come he still loves me? Connor thought to himself. I haven't even pleased him. What does he like about me after all i've done… At that moment he heard someone calling his name. He went over two the bedroom and realized Owen was awake. I smiled and walked over to him. He looked sad and this worried me…
