There are 4 types of tacos I like; authentic Mexican, tex-Mex (has those smoky/bbq favours), Mexicali (is all about the fresh ingredients) and Canadian (I’m a Canuck, so I was raise on: hard shell, ground beef, sour cream, iceberg lettuce, tomato’s and shredded cheddar cheese). I love them all. They are all variation of food brought to Mexico by Lebanese immigrants.
