That is... if he's awake.
I shutter at the thought. If he's awake... well... there's no way that could end well. I hope he isn't awake, but I didn't exactly take my time in being quiet...
I then hear some shuffling, and a door open and close, before I heard a frantic knock on mine, and Axl's voice.
"J-Jay are you awake?" He asked, his voice quivering.
I didn't respond, but I knew my movements were loud as I repositioned myself so it would be harder for him to break through.
"Jay?" He asked again, softer this time.
I was shaking slightly, and I made an audible noise as he firmly opened the door, and I pushed against the wall, holding my breath.
He perked up, and shut the door behind him, looking at me in the darkness, his wings closed up against his back so I couldn't see them from this angle, "Jay what did you see?"
"Y-You..." I started, barely getting the word out, "Y-Y-You're... a-an... ang... angel..." I finally finished, my eyes wide.
"God, Jay, when you put it like that it sounds stupid," he said, his halo turning a redish-purple, and his wings coming out a little.
I whimpered and pushed myself as flat as I could to the wall as he took a step forward, putting his hand on my chin and lifting my face up to meet his, as he's taller. I had shut my eyes, but when I opened one I noticed his eyes where glowing red. I drew in a quick breath as he leaned forward...
