👏👏 AWESOME START!! i rlly like the hints of worldbuilding about the sea being unnavigatable and there being a luck goddess and some kinda Dr. frankenstein-esque mom out there somewhere! Lani, Sallly and Andrée have no idea they are moments away from being bound together. Aboard a peace ship sent out to secure peace between two nations, they each have their (shady) reasons to cross the ocean.
But nobody can escape "destiny" (or whatever it is pulling the strings here), and destiny has chosen these three to become the heroes of this magical adventure.
