Long time no page, eh? I'll try to get the rest of the pages out soon, the story is actually fairly close to the end.
So, some of you guessed that Ambrosia is dead, and turns out you're correct! Mnemosyne isn't being a gracious hostess and answering her question, but she is dead.
Lethe is a river in Hades, and is representative of forgotten memories. I really like Lethe's design but she was only meant to show up in that one panel, so I might try to work her into the ending of the story. I do want to draw her and Mnemosyne together.
I haven't found anything in mythology that related Lethe to Mnemosyne other than that they're both representative of memories in some manner and are represented by bodies of water (I've only found one thing about Mnemosyne and water though so I'm not 100% certain on that point), but for the sake of this story I made them sisters.
I don't really have much to say about this page, actually. I'll go into more detail about the pool of water on the next page.
