Noah:
After all the work I had last night, I am exhausted. Though sleeping isn’t one of the things I do often, I really feel as if I’m able to sleep for the entire day. I stayed up till 4am and woke up again at some time between six and seven. Which only gave me two hours of sleep. I do blame myself though, it was my fault for staying up almost the entire night studying plants.
As I walked down the hallway to my first class, my eyes slowly adjusted to the bright lights from the ceiling. It was probably best for me to get glasses again, or magically find my lost ones. Normally I’m very organised, but I haven’t been able to find my glasses since the time it disappeared two weeks ago. I tried to wear my contacts, but my eyes are rather sensitive when I put or get things in them, especially things such as dust, eye drops and contacts. So I try not to wear my contacts, but I still fail to see most things.
Some time later, I had gotten to class. When I finished rubbing my eyes countless times, the bell had rung and the lesson then started. Throughout the whole lesson I felt eyes on me, I usually can sense when a person is staring at me but I never know who. So most of the time I don’t bother to look and see if I can figure out who. Hearing the whispering voices and fake comments about me were far more interesting and entertaining than doing that.
The first thing I wanted to do once class ended was get out of there. When somebody is staring at you then that must mean that they are going to approach you. Or am I perhaps wrong?
I planned on trying to be one of the first people to get out, the last thing I really want to do is interact with a person I have absolutely no interest in. I set out my plan before the bell rang, one of the things that will most likely happen is that everyone is going to rush to the door and try to leave the classroom as soon as possible.
The minute I heard the bell, I got out of my seat and quickly headed towards the door. When I managed to get out of the class I saw a corner and ran there, hoping no one had seen me.
“God, I feel as if I was being observed for such a long time. I guess I forgot what that felt like.” I said aloud, sighing. I put my books down on the floor to take a rest, I have fifteen minutes before my next class starts, so this is really all I need. I hope for today to pass, I already am struggling with trying to stay awake. But I can’t miss anything in my classes, it would affect my grades. That is the last thing that I could afford to happen.
I wasn’t too sure as to why I’m avoiding this person, maybe it’s because I’m tired and really don’t feel like interacting with anyone. Or for some other reason that I’m oblivious to. But I can’t help but wonder who this person is, though another part of my mind doesn’t care that much.
When I checked my phone again, I decided that they would most likely be gone, and now I could start heading to my next class. I checked the hallway, not a lot were really there, so I began walking to class.
“It seems like this day is going to be quite long.” I sighed to myself while walking.
