When I walked out the back room, I noticed that everybody except for us was gone. The lights were out and only the light of the streetlamp came through the door.
"How long was I out for?", it surprised me to see that not even Nagi or Vivienne waited for me.
"Well, Mai was very weak so Vivienne took her home with her. We have to see what we will do with her next. She seems to still be in deep trauma."
Mai? It had to be the new girl, I guess. Now it made some more sense.
"Well I think also get going. Thanks for carrying about me. Ohh and I don´t know if Vivienne already asked you this, but did her father messaged us maybe?"
Frank took out a beer out of the bar´s refridgerator and opened it.
"We have some new intel. That´s why we took Mai in. But there was nothing personal there. I´m sorry, but you know. We can´t send long or many messages. It´s dangerous. We don´t want our surprise to be ruined. But don´t worry they will see each other soon."
I felt kind of bad for Vivienne. She never met her mother and her father was stationed somewhere else. Still, I understood that we needed to be cautious.
Suddenly I heard a deep noise.
"Can you hear it?", I asked Frank, hoping I was not getting completly nuts so fast.
"Ehmm no what is it?", he looked troubled. But it was like someone was screaming somewhere far away.
"Nothing, I guess I just have a Tinitus.", I tried to awkwardly laugh to hide my concerns.
"I´m gonna go now. Good night!", I went out of the bar without looking back and once I was outside, I started to run.
But where? It was like the sound was surrouding me. It gave me goose bumps. I decided that it had to be my hallucinations again. I turned around to go home, but all of the sudden, there was a person standing right before me. I couldn´t make up the face, but I could swear that I already saw this posture somewhere.
