The boys are dressed up for Halloween (not that Yngvar would EVER dress up for Halloween, but let's just pretend for Eyolf's sake): Eyolf is an incubus and Yngvar is a werewolf ^^

I love how Eyolf's outfit makes the upside-down star. That fits him and how some Christians in the story, like Aedgar, would view him, esp with those horns! :D Yngvar makes such a fitting vamp, though part of me is thinking he looks pretty pissed Eyolf has made him put this outfit on :D
