Sean had decided to talk to Evan about what happened first. It just seemed like the right choice out of the two. Sean traced the petals of one of the roses. "White roses are my favorite..." Sean thinks uncertain if he should be happy or scared. A knock on the door makes Sean's mind snap back to reality. "It's open!" Sean calls. "Okay, I'm coming in," Evan says as he opens the door with a leather bag slung over his shoulder. "Why do you have your school bags?" Sean asks. "I have night classes," Evan says. "Oh did I stop you from going?" Sean asks. "No. I'm on break. So what did you want to talk about?" Evan asks as he sits beside Sean. "I heard you and Ace fighting and I wanted to ask what the hell it was about," Sean says. Evan's eyes flashed gold and Sean could swear he smirked and winked. "We just had a little disagreement in the past so we didn't get along but now we have that out of our systems we should be fine," Evan says. Sean tried to read the emotion behind Evan's eyes but couldn't. "I'll ask Ace and see what he says. If he doesn't say the same thing I'm going to stop talking to both of you." Sean snarls. "Okay. So when do you want to schedule your next tutoring appointment?" Evan asks. "Maybe we can meet for breakfast tomorrow then we could go to your dorm and you could help me study," Sean says. "Alright see you then. Also, I like the roses..."
Later...
"Hey, Sean." Ace says as he sits beside Sean. "I was talking to Evan before I came," Sean says. Ace mutters something that sounds like abomination as Sean says Evan's name but quickly hides it as a cough. "I heard you guys fighting," Sean says as he crosses his arms. Ace flinches but hides it by stretching quickly. "It was just a bit of bad blood but we've gotten it out of our systems we should be fine around one another." Ace says smoothly. "That's what he told me..." Sean mutters. "What?" Ace asks unable to hear him. "That's exactly what Evan said when I talked to him earlier," Sean says. "Anyways since that is cleared up what do you want to eat...?"
After dinner...
"See you tomorrow," Sean says. "Yep. Goodnight." Ace says. "Night," Sean says as he watches Ace walk away. A note and box catch Sean's eye before he unlocks the door. Sean picks it up and sighs as he sees his name on the envelope. Sean unlocks the door before he grabs the items and walks in. "Hey," Theo says not even taking his eyes off his game. "You're still up?" Sean asks. "Yeah. I'm on the last level and decided to beat the game today." Theo says. "Cool," Sean says as he sits on the couch and opens the envelope. "What's that?" Theo asks as he glances over his shoulder. "Another letter. Want me to read it out loud?" Sean asks. "Hell yeah," Theo says sounding excited.
"My love,
I hope I haven't gotten this wrong but, as I remember you enjoy drawing.
So, I have gotten you some supplies.
Forever Yours,
Your Secret Admirer."
"This person loves you..." Theo says. "Yeah," Sean says as he opens the box. "I guess they're just really sweet," Sean says as he looks at the expensive art supplies in the box. "Are you falling for someone you haven't even met?" Theo asks looking surprised. "N-no!" Sean stutters his cheeks turning red. "Awe! You want to go on a date with them!" Theo teases. "I do not!" Sean shouts. "I'm going to bed..."
