Gish: During my job in the healthcare field, my tummy would randomly swell while I walked around doing my shift, and I drew this after it happened yet again. I would have a flat tummy and after eating, getting up too fast, or having a bowel movement, coworkers would comment on my "pregnancy." It felt like my insides were being stretched to their maximum.

Gish has a disability called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a genetic disorder that causes the body to have faulty collagen (which is EVERYWHERE. Gish's joints and digestive system are majorly affected causing widespread pain.), along with a handful of the rare conditions that go along with it; these include but are not limited to P.O.T.S. and Interstitial Cystitis. With the help of Sizlak, they approach this horrible combination of genetic diseases with a little humor in doodle format.
