That reminds me of a movie from the Austin Powers series of movies and in one of them, the villain Doctor Evil threats the whole world asking for $1 million dollars (or was it $1 billion), I only remember that the leaders hearing this laughed about it and then Doctor Evil remakes his phrase, demanding $1 trillion dollars to not destroy the world. The world leaders got worried... XoD
