Sometimes I even set an alarm for 10 mins to remind myself to get back on track. Actually works about 20% (maybe only 15%) of the time. All other times I just silence the alarm without noticing and continue what I've been doing until I'm waaay past my anticipated departure time... 😅
With humour and crazy expressions I will share with you how it FEELS like to have ADHD as well as how it is to be close to someone who does.
