(Told from Finch’s view)
I woke up in my bed with my wounds bandaged. My pet was asleep on the floor next to me. I remember the rhythmic sway of being carried. The light bulb went off. She carried me here and took care of me. She saved me even though she could have left me there and escaped. I got up slowly. Careful not to make too much noise and wake her. I picked her up and put her in bed. She must have fallen asleep right after she got me to bed. I checked her for wounds. The only ones I found were some shallow cuts in her hand. I disinfected and bandaged them. Then I leashed her to the headboard. After I was done I curled up around her and fell asleep.
