Dear Diary.......
I don't have much friends.
No, I'm not a loner. Neither am I the type of person who hates the companies of other. I live in a Parlour with 10 other school boys, and my own family of five.
I don't mind the noise in my life... save for one Witch. Cough.
It's just that my body is too frail.
If it's hotter than 16 degrees, I pass out with a heat stroke. If the air is too cold and dry, I get a nose bleed all day. Walk half a mile, my asthma triggers.
That's why I have to plan my trips to the market accordingly.
.......................
Still, I wish I could walk freely in Warsaw.
There were many things to do that children in town take for granted.
For example, Serso: a game where you and your friend hold up sticks and you try to throw rings at them... Much like the Horseshoe game in America.
Then the Glass Piece Secrets. A game for girls, essentially, where they find a piece of glass and one item they find valuable, cover it under the glass and bury it in the dirt... then try to find each other's secret gift. Like little detectives.
Aah. My personal favorite: Piwko przeciwko. You draw four squares, each child stands in one. They take turns throwing rocks, singing 'Little Beer Against, Little Beer Against, I Declare war against!', and toss the rock. Whoever gets the rock on their square country, has to grab it and yell STOP!... The slowest runner frozen has their square 'conquered'...Ha-ha-ha...
...Not that I played them personally... My heart can't handle such excitement.
...................................
But I wonder... what would it have been like... to play these childish games...
...With a friend?
*BANG!* *CRASH!* *FLOP*
..............................Excuse me... I need to scold a certain Witch.
If I pass out from yelling... Sorry. I'll write to you later.
