Oh, God. This is indeed what happens to stardust. You are dust and you shall return to dust. Using childish characters, when childhood is the beginning of life, to describe death and mourning. Had I read this when I was a child, I would have linked it immediately with the death of a caretaker or a very close person (and screamed to bloody murder, too). I saw you answered some of my comics before I was done, so let me answer here, while I am at it. The fact that indeed I know nothing about Pokémon just goes to show how you were able to liberate yourself from the shadow of someone's original work and take it to another level for someone else. This really talked to me in different way. Not only because of the quality of the art, but also because of the poetry behind the text, the illustrations that reminded me of my childhood.
