Page Step-by-Step: Jonny #3 page 2

Welcome to the first "Page Step-by-Step", where I'll show you how I make my comic pages.
This is for the second page of Book 3 of Jonny Comic.
This is the usual order in which i go about drawing a page. Start with blue outlines, move on to the inks. Then I add in the word balloons using a second program called "Comic Life 2". Then the base colors (since this is a city scene I added street lights). And finally add shadows/highlights using multiply and color dodge layers.
