It's been two weeks...since that had happened. It hasn't happened for while and I am thankful, but I still live in fear that it will happen again. I have been trying my best to not make any mistakes in the kitchen or the servings and orders.
Today was a busy day as well...but I'm glad that that is over....phew
Come to think of it....who was that guy talking to the boss? I wonder...he looked really hot...Wait what the hell am I thinking no way is this possible...am I gay?
No no no....stop thinking about this and let's go to sleep.
I turned off the light and tucked myself under the blanket...I still can't get him out of my mind...I wonder who he was....hmmmmm

Next morning
"Hello...I'm here now....hey what's going on here? Why is there such a huge crowd?"
"Hey Yoonwoo, look who's here!"
"Who?"
I couldn't believe my eyes it was the same guy who I couldn't stop thinking about...how come he is here? I wonder what he is discussing with the manager...but looking at him...a rich, nicely dressed and dark hair....hmmmmm...he is rich then that means he must be arrogant as well...after all, all rich people are....oh well let's go inside.
"You idiot...look there...they are from a famous restaurant in Chicago...ALINEA....and the owner:Kim Shiwoo himself has come...are you dumb or what?"
"Hmmmm...is he that important?"
"Well yeah...duh"
He's the maker? Huh....that means he would be super arrogant and a show-off...
I walked past the crowd and went into the kitchen, I changed my clothes and entered the kitchen. What the hell? Why did he come here?
"Well sir, here we keep the meat for it to be cold and fresh an-....."
"What's the maximum temperature that you have it been kept it in? You know that all meat have a different temperature to be kept in right? You can't keep them all in the same fridge under the same temperature right?"
"Well, sir you see...."
"Hey boss" I butt in.
"Umm....this is our head chef, he's the finest of all"
"Hmmm...is he? I don't see any spark in him"
What the hell? I hate this guy already!
"Sir, don't judge other people if you don't know them..."
"I can tell just by looking...you haven't been working up to your potential.....have you?"
"I-I have....how can you say that I haven't? Huh?"
"Well....look at your hands, for instance, they don't have any not even a single rough spot...they are all smooth"
"So?"
"The main chef never has that...any hardworking chef would have some or the other injuries...like cuts or minor burns"
Well, he isn't half wrong...but that still doesn't give him the right to judge me.
"But-...if you can prove me wrong by making the simplest dish...Fried Bologna Sandwich. If you can make that without any mistake then you can prove me wrong"
"Umm...excuse me sir....what is that dish?"
"W-what? Are you kidding me right now....it's the top dish in our restaurant...and you don't know that?"
"Well...how am I supposed to know when I don't even work for you!"
"Hey...what have you been teaching your subordinates? Huh?"
"I-I'm sorry sir! I'm sorry!"
"Hmmmm....well it's made with Olive relish, yellow mustard, bacon and provolone cheese"
"That sounds yummy! Hehehe"
"Stop joking around and start making it already...I give you half an hour!"
"Yes, sir....."
