Soon they were in the parking lot of a traditional dojo deep within the heart of the city. Elle got out and hurried to the door, Daiji following him after locking the car. Elle knocked and the door slid open.
A woman with dark hair like Daiji and brown eyes dressed in a black long dress that zipped all the way up and black cross earrings matched by a black pendant cross around her neck. "Elle. I didn't think you'd make it here," she said.
"Hi," Elle said and moved in after Daiji shoved the woman aside.
"Where's the Will being read," Daiji asked the woman.
"In the living room down the hall to your right, your first left door. The others are there," she said and followed them as they walked.
Elle entered the room first. It was filled with about ten maple chairs around a circle maple table. He found an empty seat by the door and Daiji sat next to him. The woman took a seat across from Daiji. To the left of Elle was a tall young man dressed in a black suit with light blond hair and hazel eyes. To the left of that young man sat a woman with light blond hair and then the woman who had greeted them. After that woman sat another young man with brown hair and then another dressed in a black T-shirt with red eyes and hair.
The next person was a tall man who looked to be about 34. He was dressed as a pastor with white and black. In front of him sat a few pages of paper covered by a book.
He cleared his throat. "Right then, everyone introduce yourselves please."
Daiji nodded, "I'm Daiji, the oldest."
"Elle," Elle answered, "I'm the youngest."
The man to the left of Elle nodded, "I'm Sam, second oldest."
And the young woman after Sam nodded, "I'm Sara, the second youngest and only daughter."
And after Sara the last man nodded, "And I'm Jason the only cousin to these guys."
The pastor nodded, "And I am Robert William. I have been hired to read the Will of Bangle Doki to you people. I invited four others but I see they haven't shown. So I'll continue on ahead."
Everyone nodded and the pastor opened the pages.

"To my dear sweet family,
I have no one left alive of whom I love or care for so I shall split what all I own to my children and to my deceased wife's sister's children.
To my oldest, Daiji, I leave you $500,000 along with all the books within my Library of my home which is the dojo you sit in now. You have always been very focused so I do not fear of you having a successful life and this money I leave you is merely a support should you be in dire need.
To Sam, I leave you $900,000 along with this dojo. As a person who wants to be a novelist I do not have much confidence that you will do wonderfully in the beginning. This dojo will be a place of your residence to live at and take care of. The money is for you to live on until your books start to sell well. I wish you best luck.
To Sara, a woman who always thinks of herself and no one else, I leave you $250,000 and all the mirrors within my dojo. I have heard that you have recently married and are pregnant. I wish you good luck with my grandchild and a happy life. The money is merely a small amount of my wealth for you to have.
To Jason, I have not gotten to know you well so I leave you $500,000 and I hope it will be of good luck fortune to whatever you do with your life.
To Mary, my deceased wife's sister, I leave you $10,000 for you are a very good doctor and must be doing well.
To Michale, Mary's husband, I leave you $10,000 to be a good husband for my sister-in-law.
To Boa, my sister, I leave you $400,000 for your wonderful life as an artist. Keep creativing beautiful pieces of art.
And to my last child, Elle, I leave you $1,530,250 for you to live on. This money is all yours and no one else's nor may anyone take it from you. However, I know how distant you are from people and so I leave you one other thing. When you return home from this reading, there will be a young man at age of 20 standing on your veranda. This is what I leave you. He has not been bought or hired. I have merely asked him, the son of a very close friend of mine, to keep you company and keep you safe until you can do best on your own- which might not be ever.
Finally, the last of my great fortune, I give to the orphanages within city limits. All of these shall recieve $100,000 as I have calculated it up.
Do not fear my family, I have used any money not calculated in this for my funeral and to pay any bills I have."
=====
Everyone turned and stared at Elle. Over one million dollars this young man had been left, and his birthday was only a week away, and even a young man protector!
Elle sat and waited in Daiji's car almost thirty minutes while he gathered papers and information on how to accquire his money and the books. Daiji came and sat in the driver's seat and put a stack of papers behind him and then handed Elle several pages.
"These are instructions on how you attain the money from father's account. Mister William said there shouldn't be any trouble," Daiji said. Elle took the pages and began to read them as Daiji drove him home.
