Anxiety is Locking yourself in your room wanting to reach out for help but being to afraid that they want understand anxiety is screaming inside of your head wanting the words to come out of your mouth but no matter how loud you scream it just doesn't work anxiety is drowning in an ocean of your thoughts no matter how fast you swim you can't reach the shore it's feeling like you're suffocating even though you're still breathing it's painful it's depressing it's a nightmare that you created for yourself but a good thing about nightmares is you can wake up from them I finally feel like I'm starting to awaken
