+Look at laptop
+Hold note up to the light to see if you can read anything else.
Em squinted and attempted to peer through the smudges and goo of the report to see if that could help her read anything else on the paper. She held it up closer to the red light and scrutinized the page, but it didn't seem to make much of a difference. Most of it was still hopelessly illegible.
There wasn't much to be gained from looking over the page again at the moment, so Em folded it and stuck it in her pocket just in case she could figure it out later. She also took this opportunity to double check every pocket she could find. Nope. She didn't have any other hidden items on her person.
Next Em picked up the overturned chair and grimaced as she caught sight of red stains across the fabric. Whether it was blood or something else of a similar color, she couldn't tell. After all, one of the two large tubes on the wall had some kind of reddish-orange liquid inside. Maybe it was just whatever that was.
She sat on the edge of the seat and lifted the laptop screen. There had to be information to be gained from the computer.
A log-in screen blinked into view before her eyes. She'd need a password if she wanted to log onto the computer. At least it wasn't broken, but she had no idea what the password might be.
1. Look at machinery.
2. Look at chart.
3. Look at tank.
4. Return to hallway.
5. Other (comment with suggestion)
Well guessing paswords is like finding a needle in a haystack unless your lucky but perhaps the charts may show something useful and maybe some clues to be found in the tanks and machinery
This is a Choose Your Own Adventure series! That is to say, you-the reader- can interact and choose what to do next.
Em has just woken up in a strange dark hallway with no memory and no idea what has happened. All she has are her clothes, and the nametag that is too scuffed to read. The only letter she can make out is 'M'.
YOU get to help decide what Em will do next. Help solve the mystery, help keep her alive, and help regain her memories.
All you need to do is pick one of the four options or suggest your own. Better keep a close eye, this series will update spontaneously and the story will CHANGE according to the choices made. There is no buffer of panels. Each one is made fresh after receiving input from viewers.
(This is both a social experiment and a personal story idea I wanted to test. Your responses WILL be recorded and must be kept PG or PG-13 to be valid.
Choose wisely.)
