This story is one of my earliest I took to edit mode and then threw away. I have since lost the document, but I very much recall the story and visuals.
I am working with a few art servers and some writing servers to fine tune this work. I am hoping to release a page every month, but I already know I'm not able to stick to a real set in stone schedule.
All I can say is I have no intention of abandoning this project. In written form it was 36 single spaced pages with three acts.
I have to give a fair warning, the work gets very graphic with the visuals, gore blood and guts, and there is some sub plot of romance that gets a place in the story.
Synopsis:
The Epic of Aphromann is about a Hero who is traded away by his parents into slavery to rid them of their debts. He quickly shows abilites as a warrior and is made into a champion of the arenas.
After he earns his freedom and pays off the debt he inherits from his parents, he makes it his goal to marry the woman of his dreams. She is however, a slave and servant of the governor of Egypt (under Roman rule).
His life becomes a journey to obtain the right to free and marry her.
He goes across the globe and earns gifts of the gods, and develops his own abilities and powers and becomes himself, a legend and god.
