Despite how rude it sounds, "Skinbag" is not an actual slur. It's just the way ghosts describe living people. They also call them "tibios" in spanish, which translates to "Warmies" but that didn't ring right to me in spanish. Or what do you think? There are other, less polite terms for living people, but that's because even when loving baseball, some ghosts are just rude.
