This is a story I never expected. It was so comfortable for a while, exactly what I expected from a story about a woman slowly falling, a story about an evil queen from her own perspective. Then, in a moment, it changed, and it didn't feel abrupt. It felt natural and right, that everything turned out the way it did. Somehow, I was left feeling peaceful by the whole thing.
