To clarify, I don't go to a conventional college. I'm enrolled at a very competitive art & design college. I'm assuming it happens other places as well- I've noticed this weird underlying tone of competition between people and how much they're willing to sacrifice their health, sleep and relationships for homework/projects. It's like a "if you're not suffering from a chronic fatigue while in term, then you're not working hard enough!" kind of attitude. You always feel like you're not being productive enough. PLEASE, everyone, you must prioritize your health first. I know I'm a hypocrite about this, but its good advice.
The day to day triumphs and tragedies of an young art student.
This is a series of illustrated thoughts based on my experiences with college, family, romance and metropolitan life.
