I would want to have characters like apple and toby so my series can be more recognizable instead plain blockhead, so tell me what you think of them!

Here is the secret to never falling out of love with a series you create. Purposefully and specifically fill it with characters who are easy to write. Those boneheads in Alien Fiction basically write themselves, and I just type frantically to keep up. It's still a joy two books into it.
